Titan Machinery Inc. announced that it has closed on the previously announced acquisition of AgroExpert, which consists of two Case IH agriculture equipment dealerships located in Romania. North Dakota-based Titan Machinery has 91 U.S. dealerships in the Midwest, including locations in Iowa. The Romania dealerships will be the company’s first overseas dealerships.
