MidAmerican ranks highest in customer satisfaction
J.D. Power and Associates announced yesterday that MidAmerican Energy Co. has the best customer satisfaction of Midwest Region-Large Segment utility companies.
This is the fifth year in a row MidAmerican was ranked highest in the Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study, according to a release.
Most utility companies rank 625 on average on a 1,000-point scale, and this year MidAmerican exceeded the average with a score of 666.
