Symposium will focus on teachers
Gov. Terry Branstad, Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds and state Department of Education Director Jason Glass today announced that they will host the Iowa Teacher and Principal Leadership symposium Aug. 3 at Drake University. The event will focus on how to organize schools to treat teachers as leaders, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, according to a news release. Click here for more information.
