Ad campaign for fixing roads kicks off Wednesday
State and local business and government officials will release details on Wednesday of a new statewide campaign to push for a federal bill to fix aging roads in Iowa. The campaign is part of a larger nationwide effort sponsored by the Americans for Transportation Mobility and the Transportation Construction Coalition. Details will be outlined during an event at 11 a.m. Wednesday outside the Embassy Suites Hotel, 101 East Locust St.
