MLK scholarship fund banquet on Jan. 17
The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Scholarship Fund will host its annual banquet on Jan. 17 to raise money to help minority students in Iowa attend college. The program will begin at 5 p.m. at Wells Fargo, 800 S. Jordan Creek Parkway.
Tickets to the banquet are $50 and all proceeds go toward minority students’ education at Iowa institutions of higher learning.
