Patty and Jim Cownie will be presented the Bravo Award during the eighth  annual Bravo Greater Des Moines Awards Gala on Feb. 2 at Hy-Vee Hall in downtown Des Moines. The Bravo Award recognizes a company, individual, or family that has made a significant contribution to arts and culture in Greater Des Moines. The Cownies “epitomize the dedication and commitment it takes to be true leaders for change,” said Sharon Krause, Bravo Greater Des Moines’ board president.
