The Excel Award comprises four levels: bronze, silver, gold and platinum. CI-SHRM has earned the highest level, demonstrating its fulfillment of four initiatives to advance and support the HR profession. Donna Bower, president of CI-SHRM, expressed pride in the chapter’s current and past leadership teams and volunteers. She said achieving the Platinum Excel Award required tremendous effort and dedication.
