The Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute will offer a second installment of Daybreak Leadership, a new leadership breakfast and networking program designed to encourage community leaders to continue lifelong learning. The next session will be held Sept. 16 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the A. Arthur Davis Conference Room in the Greater Des Moines Partnership Building, 700 Locust St., Suite 100. Featured speakers include Tim Leach, Downtown Community Alliance; Matt Anderson, city of Des Moines; Erin Olson-Douglas, city of Des Moines, Jack Hatch, Hatch Development Group; and Kyle Gamble, CBRE/Hubbell Commercial.
