RJW LLC, a limited liability corporation managed by Rich Willis, has purchased the former Saturn of Des Moines dealership property at 9900 Hickman Road in Clive.

Polk County land records show that RJW paid $2.9 million for the 19,634-square-foot building and four-acre lot. The seller was Gail Martin. The transaction closed on Sept. 15. According to the Polk County assessor’s office, the property has an assessed value of $2,949,000.

Willis is president of Willis Auto Campus, which is located nearby at 9800 Hickman Road. Saturn of Des Moines closed in June.
