Sheila Kinman, director of advancement with the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines, will be the featured speaker at the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association’s breakfast meeting on Dec. 2. Kinman will talk about the creation and implementation of a comprehensive development plan to accomplish her organization’s goals. The meeting, which is open to anyone with an interest in commercial real estate, costs $10 and includes a buffet breakfast. It is scheduled to begin at 7:15 a.m. at Des Moines Golf and Country Club, 1600 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines.
