Vibrant Insurance Group Inc. announced a merger with Your Insurance Services. in Moline, Ill., that took effect July 1. Headquartered in Waukee, Vibrant Insurance Group now offers full-service personal and commercial insurance planning in both the Des Moines and Quad Cities areas. “I wasn’t actively looking to merge with another agency,” Vibrant Insurance Group CEO Joey Hinke said in a prepared statement. “After multiple acquaintances suggested that I meet with Matt [McCombs, former Your Insurance Services CEO], I did, and a one-hour meeting turned into five. We had shared visions, values and beliefs that made combining our teams a very smart business decision.” All seven employees remain in the Moline office and join the Vibrant Insurance Group Inc. team for a total of 24 employees companywide. Additionally, services to all clients in Illinois and Iowa remain the same.
