The report, which shows a 16.5% vacancy rate in the area, said that the market “features numerous opportunities for businesses to take near turn-key space with existing furniture, fixtures and equipment available.” Nearly 60% of the leases signed in the 2023’s second quarter were within Class A properties, the report said.
