Lead DSM announced the 40 members selected for the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute Class of 2024. The Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute is designed to equip leaders to be effective caretakers and changemakers in the community. Class members will spend the next nine months involved in a curriculum that offers a view of Greater Des Moines from divergent vantage points to increase the participants’ awareness of current conditions and challenges, improve individual and group leadership skills and help the members of the class see themselves as partners for change. Members of the 2024 class of leaders represent private, public and nonprofit sectors within the community. A list of the class members can be found here.
