Northern Vessel Coffee Co., an Iowa-based coffee company in downtown Des Moines, and the We Will Collective announced a recent partnership for the production of We Will Cold Brew. A portion of the proceeds from the sales will go to the We Will Collective, a nonprofit that supports raising name, image and likeness funds for Iowa State athletes. The launch date of the licensed cold brew beverage, available in 12-ounce cans, was Sept. 8. We Will Cold Brew cans are available at the Northern Vessel coffee shop at 1201 Keosauqua Way and select local grocery stores. It can also be purchased online. Northern Vessel started as a mobile coffee cart in May 2019 and opened its downtown coffee shop in November 2022.
