Peoples Co., a land transaction and management business with offices in all major agricultural regions in the U.S., hired Jonathan Shively as PC Capital Markets’ managing director of capital partnerships. Shively will manage and facilitate relationships with Peoples Co.’s capital market partners, including institutional investors, wealth managers, family offices and high net worth individual investors, connecting them with agricultural assets throughout the country. Before joining Peoples Co., Shively worked at AcreTrader, a farmland real estate investment company. He also spent 18 years as the managing director at Stephens Inc., a financial services firm.
