Clive joins Central Iowa Water Works
Clive City Council members unanimously voted on Jan. 11 to join Central Iowa Water Works (CIWW), the city has announced. Clive will be one of the regional water utility’s founding entities. “As a CIWW member, Clive will help set policies with neighboring cities to provide our residents with the best water rates and services. We look forward to collaborating with other water utilities to strengthen how the city manages its water resources and operating costs and provide a long-term plan to provide residents and businesses with the water they need,” Clive Mayor John Edwards said in a prepared statement. Edwards will represent the city as a board member for CIWW.
