Michael Malone has joined Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors as an office specialist for both tenant and landlord representation. “Michael brings extensive market expertise having managed a 7-million-square-foot portfolio,” said Kurt Mumm, president and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors. “The office workspace is evolving, and Michael will be a great fit adapting those new trends, keeping his clients on the cutting edge.” Throughout his career he has assisted a wide range of clients including local and Fortune 500 companies. A Des Moines native, Malone had been with R&R Realty Group after returning to Greater Des Moines from Chicago, where he worked for Keller Williams Realty Inc. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2011 with a degree in marketing and sales.
