Natallia Gray has been named assistant dean at the Iowa State University Ivy College of Business, where she has been leading the college’s undergraduate initiatives in health care. Gray started her duties on Jan. 1. In her new role, she oversees undergraduate and graduate health care programs, assurance of learning for graduate programs, and student participation in case competitions. “Her focus will be to strengthen and promote the Ivy College of Business as the school of choice for full-time students and working professionals interested in business careers in the health care industry,” said Valentina Salotti, associate dean for academic affairs and diversity.
