Borlaug World Food Prize Hall of Laureates. The theme of this year’s free event is Seeds of Nourishment: Elevating Iowa’s Food Systems. Leaders and advocates from across the state will discuss pressing hunger issues during the summit, which will invite attendees to consider food-supply chains across the state, uncovering the challenges and innovative solutions for improving nutritious food security. The event will include breakout sessions, panels and keynotes that will cover strategies for developing a more sustainable and hunger-free future. Attendees will also have the opportunity to be among the first to meet the the Robert D. Ray SHARES Humanitarian Award recipient or recipients, who will be announced later this summer.
