Three architects at Substance Architecture, based in Des Moines, have been promoted to associate, the firm announced. They are Charvi Jagani, Yasmine Killeen and Paolo Orlando. The new associates each have made significant contributions to Substance Architects and have had an impact on the firm’s growth and success, according to a news release. “We appreciate their contributions to date and look forward to their leadership as we move into the next chapter as a firm,” Matt Rodekamp, a principal at Substance Architecture, said in a release.
