In the role, Bleil will lead a team focused on a range of areas, from talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to compensation and benefits, training and development and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Bleil previously served as the senior vice president of human resources at Aspirion, a revenue cycle management company headquartered in Columbus, Ga. Before that, she was senior vice president of human resources at Tegria RCM.
