Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investments sales and capital markets services firm, has opened an office in Des Moines, the group announced. The office will be led by BJ Connolly, managing director; Ryan Carter, senior director; and Zach Schneider, director. The three previously had been with MMG Real Estate Advisors. Connolly has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, focusing primarily on multifamily investment sales in the Midwest. Carter and Schneider have experience in investments sales and developing client relationships. “They are experts at market-rate multifamily investment sales, and they bring backgrounds as developers, as strategists, and even as collegiate-level coaches to successfully guide clients through complex transactions,” Lacey Willard, market executive and general counsel at Greysteel, said in a news release. Greysteel is headquartered in Bethesda, Md. It has offices in 15 U.S. cities, including its first in Iowa at 5550 Wild Rose Lane in West Des Moines.
