The West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Annual Dinner will be held March 5 at the Val Air Ballroom. The 2025 Citizen of the Year and Emerging Citizen of the Year will be recognized at the event. Nominations for the recognition are open through Jan. 15. “We are incredibly grateful for the community support we have received as we celebrate the final months of our 100th anniversary. … As we reflect on our growth and the bright future ahead for West Des Moines and our region, I look forward to connecting with our members, partners, and the entire West Des Moines community as we continue this journey of collaboration and success into 2025,” WDM Chamber President and CEO Katherine Harrington said in a prepared statement.
