Matt Leaders, vice president and general manager of the Central Iowa division for Graham Construction Co., and Craig Erickson, commercial development and energy services market leader for Shive-Hattery, are the volunteer co-chairs for the American Heart Association’s 2025 Des Moines Heart Ball, a news release said. Other community leaders who will help lead the Heart Ball efforts are Chris Costa of Knapp Properties; Kris DeGraff of Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa; Jed Gammell of High Street Insurance; Jimmy Olsen of the Des Moines Downtown Chamber of Commerce; Brooke Quinn of Carrot Fertility; Chris Ruggeri of Willis Auto Campus; and Chris Wood, community volunteer. The Heart Ball celebrates the American Heart Association’s efforts and honors volunteers, patrons and survivors, the release said. The Des Moines Heart Ball is scheduled for Feb. 15 at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center. More information and registration is available online.
