Cy Fox has been promoted to executive vice president of CBRE’s Des Moines office, the brokerage firm announced this week.

According to a news release, Fox specializes in the acquisition, disposition and repositioning of multifamily assets through Iowa. Throughout his career, he has facilitated the sale of more than 10,000 apartment units valued at more than $1 billion.

Fox joined CBRE in 2015 and has consistently been recognized as the top producer in the Des Moines office and has been in the top 20% of CBRE producers nationally. He was named among the top 20 multifamily brokers nationwide in 2023, a year in which he was also honored as being the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association’s broker of the year.

Ajay Kalra, managing director of CBRE’s Des Moines office, said Fox’s promotion is a “testament to his dedication and consistent performance.”
