R&R Realty Group has announced the promotion of Jenny Livingston to vice president of human resources and Mike Herrmann to president of advantage property management.

According to a news release, Livingston previously served as senior vice president of tenant relations. With more than 20 years of experience in property management, she has played a key role in leading customer relations and driving performance across R&R’s portfolio.

Herrmann previously serviced as senior vice president of finance and business development, and was pivotal in the development of operational efficiencies, cost management and business development.

“Jenny and Mike have been instrumental to our success, consistently driving excellence in their areas,” said Mark Rupprecht, president of R&R Realty Group, in the release. “Their expertise and leadership will be crucial as we continue to grow and provide exceptional service across our portfolio.”
