Wellabe, an Iowa-based provider of health and wealth insurance, expanded its Medicare Supplement insurance options to new states on Feb 1., including California, Maryland and New Jersey, making the options available in a total of 28 states. The plan includes an accelerated application process, allowing customers’ claims to be approved faster, and a dental rider, which allows plan holders to receive a cash benefit for dental services, according to a news release. “Our goal is to help our customers be well prepared and well protected,” Dennis Case, Wellabe chief sales officer, said in a prepared statement. “These Medicare supplement additions help Americans get better coverage more quickly and more easily.”
