Wittmack has worked with the group for the past six years. An internal search committee has begun searching for a new president and CEO and hopes to introduce the group’s new leader on May 14 at TACI’s annual meeting. The nonpartisan association focuses on promoting efficient and effective government in the Greater Des Moines area with a goal of moving the region toward a sustainable tax environment.
