Holmes Murphy signed a lease with Arcadia building owners R&R Realty Group earlier this year and will occupy about 75,000 square feet of the building, which was once home to Wells Fargo’s credit card servicing division.
Holmes Murphy will move about 100 of its employees to the Arcadia building by November while maintaining its current building in Waukee as its headquarters.
The insurance brokerage firm joins ITA Group as tenants in the 270,000-square-foot Arcadia building, which includes outdoor features such as expanded green space, walking trails, pickleball courts, a putting green and electric vehicle charging stations. The building’s entrance showcases a giant video board that features a cascading waterfall and other scenes.
It’s those amenities that drew Holmes Murphy to the space, Dan Keough, Holmes Murphy CEO, said.
“The building has amenities and features that fit our culture and unique aesthetic vibe, areas to collaborate and connect, additional meeting and training rooms, and added room for employees to work more efficiently and effectively without space constraints,” Keough said in the release.
Take a look at what the Holmes Murphy space in the Arcadia building will look like when tenant improvements are complete.
