The 14-acre parcel was developed in 2014 by Ryan Cos. DuPont Pioneer’s Crick Research Center is located in the 184,658-square-foot building. Fareway relocated its corporate headquarters to the Johnston property. The transaction was recorded Jan. 8, 2024.
