Boone to get hotel with Fareway project

80 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentGround was broken this week for the Boulders Inn & Suites and the 31,230-square-foot Fareway Conference Center in Boone. The 40-room hotel will be located just south of U.S. Highway 30 on Lakewood Drive. It will cater to business and leisure travelers and will host weddings, group travel, family reunions, sports teams, organizations, and more. Boulders Inn & Suites is based in Iowa, with a hospitality management office in Denison. Construction is expected to be completed in the the spring.
