What are your goals in your role at your company?
CDS Global has a captivating story with an incredible history and a promising future. I am continually working to share that story with our employees, our clients, the industries we serve and the communities in which our employees live and work.

What are your goals for community involvement?
My goal is to support, foster and share arts and culture opportunities in Des Moines. As the past president of Art Noir, a membership organization of the Des Moines Art Center, I work with a remarkable board to increase Art Center awareness and help make contemporary art more accessible.

What are you passionate about, and why?
Giving back. The people of this community have given me opportunities I couldn’t have anywhere else, and giving back allows me to do my part in making Des Moines even greater. What’s so inspiring is that all of us have something to offer, whether it’s time, skills, ideas, resources or dollars.

What is it that drives you to pursue success?
Pride in what I do, who I am and where I live. I’ve learned the importance of that from allies in my personal and professional lives who have helped me identify attributes and skills that make me quintessentially me, and then how to nurture those things to reach my potential.

What are your aspirations for the future?
Des Moines is a city of doers, thinkers and connectors, and I strive to help people be as successful as they possibly can be. I want to help open the lines of communication, foster collaboration, and support organizations and ideas that make this a great place to live.
