Kevin Foley, executive director and general manager of Des Moines International Airport, will receive a 2 percent raise, the Airport Authority Board decided Tuesday. That brings Foley’s pay to $202,279.79. His chief assistants got similar percentage raises in recent rounds. The board also approved $750 per month car allowance for Foley, who will return his airport car to the fleet.
