HK Payroll Services Inc., a workforce management company based in Dubuque, has acquired Kabel Business Services of West Des Moines. Kabel will continue to operate under its own brand and remain at its current office location at 1454 30th St. “The affiliation of our two firms allows us to expand our human capital management solutions to each of our client bases, while maintaining our current brand identities,” said Natalie Hoffmann, president of HKP.
