Iowa Realty Commercial has a new partner and a new name. The West Des Moines-based brokerage has formed an alliance with international commercial real estate firm NAI Global and is operating as NAI Iowa Realty Commercial. “Iowa Realty Commercial is thrilled to have the opportunity to deepen our roots in this global organization,” said Kevin Crowley, general manager and COO of Iowa Realty Commercial. “We are excited to continue our success as a prominent market leader within Iowa and we look forward to continuing our relationship with our partners.” The pairing includes the Iowa Realty offices in Cedar Rapids, which had previously teamed up with NAI to form NAI Iowa Realty. “Partnering with NAI Global provides our organization with best-in-class tools and access to services and markets that will help strengthen our business. It allows us to compete in today’s global market, all while retaining our independence,” Iowa Realty President Brennan Buckley said. NAI Global has a long history of affiliations with Greater Des Moines brokerages. In March, its previous partners broke with the firm to form Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors.
