A former Yellowbook USA executive has been named as interim chief executive officer to lead GO Cedar Rapids in the wake of newbo evolve, a first-time festival that lost $2.3 million, reports the Cedar Rapids Gazette.

Jim Haddad, of Haddad Consulting Services Inc., took over the tourism bureau on Monday and will lead the audit of newbo evolve.
