Foundations Financial is offering a new certification on techniques to minimize economic impacts of COVID-19 to trainees interested in serving as financial coaches for individuals, families and nonprofits, the organization announced this week. The 40-hour certification is funded by Future Ready Iowa. Trainees would attend sessions from Feb. 1-5, 2021, and must receive at least a 70% score on the certification exam. Applications are open until Dec. 27 and can be submitted online.
