As we begin our third year of navigating the coronavirus pandemic, stress for working parents remains high as variant after variant leaves them in a perpetual state of uncertainty. While it's been stressful for parents around the world, those in the U.S. feel as if they are in constant crisis mode as they deal with school closures and the ongoing child care crisis.
