According to John Catsimatidis, a New York grocery store owner, prices are only going to continue to go up, likely by as much as 10% over the next two months. Prices are increasing because of falling production, a shortage of workers and supply-chain problems such as shipping delays, writes Kate Duffy for Business Insider. The trend won't reverse "anytime soon," Catsimatidis said.
