What are your goals in your role at your company?
My five-year goal is to be the top property and casualty producer at Reynolds & Reynolds and then have the opportunity to become a shareholder of the company. I will accomplish both of these goals by continuing to deliver the best customer service in the insurance industry.

What are your goals for your community involvement?
One of my goals outside the office is being a great role model for my three young daughters. I want to get them engaged in the community and show them you can make a difference in other people’s lives. Giving back is something we talk about often in our house.

What’s your biggest passion and why?
Other than being a husband and dad, my biggest passion has to be helping less fortunate kids in the community get an opportunity at a better future. I do this through organizations such as Variety – the Children’s Charity, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Booster Pak.

What is it that drives you?
My mom. My mom is the hardest-working person I know. She sacrificed a lot when I was growing up to make sure I had an opportunity to be successful. A lot of my work ethic and drive comes from the example she set for me at an early age.

What are your future aspirations?
My future aspirations include becoming a shareholder at Reynolds & Reynolds, helping my wife grow her dental practice, and getting involved in local politics either at the community or state level.
