What are your goals in your role at your company?
The insurance industry is always changing, so I’ve chosen to develop my career by looking at it as an adventure, taking risks and going for roles that have, frankly, scared me a little bit.

What are your goals for your community involvement?
I don’t have a lot of free time, so I’ve had to get creative about finding ways to get involved in our community. I’m excited to continue my relationship with the Ronald McDonald House, Everybody Wins! Iowa, Iowa Women Lead Change and the associate resource groups at Nationwide.

What’s your biggest passion, and why?
My biggest passion ? what matters most to me ? is being a good example each day for my daughters.

What is it that drives you?
My biggest motivators are my daughters, who inspire me to work hard and with gratitude. Additionally, I am thankful for the wonderful family, friends and co-workers in my life who continuously support and encourage me.

What are your future aspirations?
I’ve always been fascinated with law, but that’s a difficult career to break into without a law degree. So for now, I plan to continue offering support to causes that support women and children in our community and associates within my company.
