ITA Group, a provider of corporate engagement solutions located in West Des Moines, announced today it has acquired London-based experiential learning company NKD.

NKD provides clients around the world with employee engagement and experiential learning solutions across key service areas, including strategic consulting, leadership development, employee engagement and onboarding, performance management, culture change, and diversity, equity and inclusion. It has an office in London, England and a global associate network crossing five continents.

“We’re excited to add NKD’s experiential learning capabilities to our solutions,” Brent Vander Waal, ITA Group’s president and CEO, said in a prepared statement. “NKD’s in-person, virtual and digital learning experiences are a great complement to our existing services and will further enhance engagement of employees, channel partners and customers to help address our clients’ biggest business challenges.”

NKD will join Hartmann Studios and Chadwick Martin Bailey as a subsidiary of ITA Group.

According to a news release, the group of companies partner with global brands to craft business strategies and experiences that create connections, motivate audiences and drive change. Adding NKD will help all ITA Group companies position their solutions and clients for the future metaverse, “where most training and development will take place,” the release said.

NKD’s Board Chair Sue Stoneman said: “We’ve always had big ambitions at NKD to make the world of work better. As part of ITA Group, our combined expertise gives us the opportunity to accelerate our dream to play a leading role in shaping the employee engagement space of the future.”

ITA Group has also expanded its in-country support services to offer culturally relevant strategy and program servicing around the world.
