Navigate Wellbeing Solutions, a national employee engagement technology company based in West Des Moines, announced that it is expanding resources for its clients with the launch of its Ecosystem Partnership Program. The new program will provide Navigate clients with additional tools and resources in topics such as mental health and fitness as well as an incentive and rewards tool. The new partners in the program include Total Brain, Les Mills, BurnAlong and All Digital Rewards. "We work with organizations to identify the right resources and tools to most effectively engage their workforce, creating stronger cultures and happier and healthier places to work," said Troy Vincent, Navigate’s founder and CEO. "The integration of this new Ecosystem Partnership Program with our existing partners will provide the opportunity to deliver even more tailored programs to diverse and increasingly remote teams." Launched in 2010 as Navigate Wellness LLC, Navigate Wellbeing Solutions now has more than 1 million active users on its platform, the company said in a news release. Among its Iowa corporate clients are Hy-Vee Inc., Manatts Inc. and Meredith Corp., according to its website.
