The Palmer Group began distributing its annual salary guide this week, asking companies about their employment plans in 2021. The three-question survey asks respondents about their compensation and hiring plans for 2021, and what employment challenges they anticipate in 2021. All responses are confidential. Information obtained from the survey is scheduled to be published by the employment agency on Nov. 2. The survey, being done in collaboration with the Greater Des Moines Partnership, is being sent to about 2,200 companies.
