Youth Emergency Services & Shelter has named Leisa Fox as its CEO. “Leisa’s 20-plus years as a senior executive in nonprofit, public affairs, and business development lend her well to leading YESS and continuing the agency’s strong reputation as a trusted safety net organization in our community,” Travis Etchison, YESS board president, said in a news release. YESS provides emergency services for youths. Fox, who recently had worked as external relations director at Strategic Elements LLC, fills the vacancy left by former CEO Stephen Quirk, who left the organization in September after 10 years.
