A Business Record event:

Do you know how to increase customer loyalty?

When the relationships in our lives go away, they usually do so quietly. There is no fanfare, no band playing in the background. They just end, or at best, slowly fade away.  Members stop renewing, guests stop visiting, and clients stop using our services.  Even employees leave to take another job without much warning.

Because those relationships are essential to our livelihood and to our success, wouldn’t it be better for us and for our business if we knew how they really felt about us long before they left? Not just whether they are satisfied with the products or services we provide, but how loyal they truly are to us as individuals, and to our organizations.

The fact is, it IS possible to measure every one of an organization’s relationships, both accurately and acutely, and determine not only who is loyal and who is not, but perhaps more importantly, why.
