Goodwill of Central Iowa recently announced the addition of three women to its leadership team. Alison Monaghan has joined the organization as director of marketing and development, Beth Hanson as retail director and Katherine Riley Harrington as director of mission services. Monaghan's focus is strategic direction for the marketing needs of GCI including advertising, public relations, social media, development and community outreach. Hanson will oversee management of 19 stores across central Iowa. Hanson will develop and expand the organization's services to meet community needs, increasing the impact and increasing the number of persons served, placed in employment, and/or achieving individual service goals. "They all have three things in common: a desire to grow and strengthen our organization, a focus on innovation and most importantly, a deep passion for increasing the impact of our programs in Central Iowa," Jackie Norris, president and CEO of Goodwill of Central Iowa, said in a news release.
