Oswald Investments LC paid $320,000 to the Jacquelyn Miller Revocable Trust on July 10 for a 28,798-square-foot warehouse at 67 Washington Ave. in Des Moines. The seller was represented by Jesse Bunney and Jon Ledinsky of CBRE|Hubbell Commercial. The buyer was represented by Kurt Pagliai and Rob Myers of Black Acre Realty.


Diane Schoenauer paid $3.4 million to Hubbell Realty Co. on July 22 for Cobblestone Market at 86th Street and Hickman Road in Urbandale.


Kent Mauck's Harbach Building LLC paid $1.3 million to Richard and Connie Isaacson's Ricon LLC on July 23 for a 59,185-square-foot office and warehouse at 300 S.W. Fifth St. in Des Moines.


Microsoft Corp. has paid nearly $6 million for 110 acres at Willow Creek Golf Course in West Des Moines, where the company plans to build a $1 billion data center. The land was acquired through three deeds, one held by Ardis Clark and two held by entities controlled by Daniel Clark. The deeds were recorded today. The official transfer of an additional 55 acres is expected soon. When all is said and done, the 36-hole course will be reduced to 27 holes.
