KinderCare Education LLC is the company's main tenant, according to an article about Fenton by Crain’s Detroit Business publication. Fenton recently bought 3.3 acres in West Des Moines and 1.2 acres in Grimes. The Waukee transaction was recorded on Sept. 1, records show.
