Store Master Funding XVII LLC paid KC Propco LLC $1.1 million on Jan. 23 for property at 1425 Copper Creek Drive, Polk County real estate records show. The facility, built in 1998, houses a child care center. The property in 2019 was valued at $995,000, records show. Store Master Funding is operated by Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Store Capital, a real estate investment trust.

Destination Market LLC paid Timper LLC $1 million on Jan. 15 for property at 1150 E. First St., Grimes, records show. The property includes a 12-year-old building in which Grimes Tire and Auto occupies. The property and land in 2019 were valued at $1 million.

A limited liability company managed by West Des Moines-based Bernau Capital Partners paid Martin and Rochelle Brody $3.66 million on Jan. 27 for property at 2165 N.W. 108th St. in Clive, records show. A 52,050-square-foot office-warehouse built in 1976 is located on the property that in 2019 was valued at $2 million. The LLC that bought the property is Aterra 152 2165 NW 108th St., Clive.

USS Husmann LLC paid Maxwell Midwest Holding Co. LLC $2.1 million on Jan. 30 for three parcels on Southeast Eighth Street, in the Market District, records show. The parcels are: 301 S.E. Eighth St., which includes a warehouse built in 1971; 309 S.E. Eighth St., which includes a warehouse built in 1967; and one-tenth of an acre of semi-improved land at 403 S.E. Eighth St. The parcels together were valued at $865,600 in 2019, records show. The Market District is an aged industrial area immediately south of Des Moines’ popular East Village that city officials want to see transformed into a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood. A master plan for the area was released in September. Bryan S. Witherwax, a West Des Moines attorney, is the registered agent for USS Husmann, records show.

MHC 80 Des Moines Ia LLC paid M&W Mini Storage $4 million on Jan. 28 for two properties in West Des Moines, records show. A parcel at 2001 Grand Ave. includes mini storage units built in 1981. That property in 2019 was valued at $1.78 million. A parcel at 1624 Fuller Road also includes mini storage units, built in 1990. That property is valued at $560,000. MHC is based in Brooklyn, N.Y., records show.

Genesis Health Clubs Hickman LLC paid Aspen Hickman LLC $4.5 million on Feb. 5 for property at 10930 Hickman Road in Clive, records show. The fitness facility, which includes a dome that covers three tennis courts, was constructed in 1973. The property in 2019 was valued at $3.4 million. Genesis Health Clubs is located in Wichita, Kan.

Charles and Marsha Fagen of Dallas Center paid the Betty J. Lienemann Estate $1.25 million on Feb. 3 for 37.5 acres of Dallas County farm ground, real estate records show. The property, valued at $38,150 in 2019, is located at 170th Street and R Avenue northeast of Minburn.

Cameron and Kara McCarty paid John and Cynthia Hurley $1.2 million on Feb. 5 for a 10-year-old house at 3805 Eagle Drive, Waukee, records show. The 1 1/2-story house, which sits on 1 acre, has 4,403 square feet of living space including five bedrooms. A swimming pool was added in 2012. The house in 2019 was valued at $1 million, records show.
